By placing an order at Smiling Faces, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Smiling Faces for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by us.

If you have changed your mind and want to return the item, we will give you a full refund or exchange provided the goods are returned to us in an unused and saleable condition within 10 working days of purchase. Return postage will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty. We cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

We can only refund the card you originally used for payment. Please note sale items must be returned to us within 7 days for a refund. After that they can only be exchanged not refunded.

Events outside Up-in-Lights control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Up-in-Lights is released from Up-in-Lights obligations to fulfil contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
All products remain Up-in-Lights property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. At the event of when a product is sold out, Up-in-Lights has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. Up-in-Lights also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
